Resort Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Malala Retreat, where your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities. By making a reservation or staying at our resort, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Dining Policies:

• Pork Policy: We are a pork-free resort, and no pork products are allowed or served on the property.
• Liquor Policy: We do not serve alcoholic beverages on our However, guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages (BYOB) and consume them responsibly in designated areas.

2.  Smoking Policy:

• Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available throughout the resort’s outdoor spaces.

3.  Valuables:

• Malala Retreat is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of guests’ personal belongings or valuables during their stay on the property.

4.  Liability:

• Guests assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the resort’s property, including accommodations, facilities, and amenities, during their stay.
• Malala Retreat reserves the right to charge the credit card on file or the guest in cash for any damages or losses incurred by the resort due to guest negligence or misconduct.

5.  Check-in and Check-out:
